Biography
Vincent M. Campiti, J.D., cum laude, 1997 from Valparaiso University where he was also an Associate Editor of the Valparaiso Law Review. Mr. Campiti has significant litigation experience in the areas of civil, family and criminal law having tried numerous jury trials in both State and Federal courts across Indiana. He has argued appeals before the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana's Supreme Court and before the Federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to being an experienced trial attorney in the areas of personal injury, contract disputes, real estate disputes, business disputes, insurance disputes and criminal law, Mr. Campiti maintains a large practice in the area of family law. Mr. Campiti's litigation experience and trial knowledge provide a unique and effective perspective when handling divorce, paternity and child custody matters. His experience--uncommon among most family practice lawyers--allows Mr. Campiti to fully understand the pros and cons when advising clients whether to negotiate a result or fight for a result in court.
Mr. Campiti joined Nemeth, Feeney, and Masters, P.C. in February of 2007. The firm name was changed to Nemeth, Feeney, Masters and Campiti, P.C. in 2008.
